First in a line presentation of Models for assesment of air quality improvement and reduction of GHG through biomass usage, was organized on the 17th of June, 2020.

Within GIZ DKTI programme "Development of a sustainable bioenergy market in Serbia", model was prepared for the assesment of air pollutant emissions and greenhouse gas emissions from heating systems, due to the transition to the biomass usage. The model is primarily intended for representatives of local governments, and it provides insight of efficiant benefits that transition to biomass has on air quality and mitigation of climate change on local level. Model was rated by participants as very useful.
