Belgrade, 26 October 2015 – As part of the programme regarding a long-term education of members of the Serbian Chamber of Engineers, lecturers from the GIZ DKTI programme “Development of a Sustainable Bioenergy Market in Serbia” will hold professional lectures at which Serbian engineers will have an opportunity for technical development in the area of usage of various kinds of fuels and obtaining energy from biomass. The lectures will be taking place in the Serbian Chamber of Engineers on 26 October and 9 November 2015, at 1 PM.

The topics will be “Technical and Economic Comparison of Different Fuels and Technologies for Obtaining Energy from Biomass” and “Cost-effectiveness of Installing Biomass Boilers in the Existing Heating Systems”. The engineers will have an opportunity to directly acquire the most recent knowledge on technical and economic potentials of using biomass from the top-notch lecturers from this GIZ programme and thus improve their knowledge and capacity.
