The closing conference of the GIZ DKTI project "Development of a sustainable bioenergy market in Serbia" was held on 17th December at the Hotel Moscow in Belgrade.

The closing conference of the GIZ DKTI project "Development of a sustainable bioenergy market in Serbia" was held on 17th December at the Hotel Moscow in BelgradeAfter first phase of the project from 2013 to 2017 and second phase from 2018 until 2021, overview of experiences and results achieved in the previous 9 years of project implementation and bioenergy market development was presented. The conference attended long term partners of the project, which the GIZ Serbia Director Daniela Funke addressed. Besides her, the conference speakers were Christian Schilling, Head of development cooperation of German Embassy in Serbia and Christian Weltzien, Project leader. Marko Blagojevic, Director of Public Investment Management Office and Sasa Vasilic, Deputy mayor of municipality of Priboj summarised the most important results of the project. At the end, a rewarding ceremony for participants of green project management trainings in public buildings was organized. After the formal part of the conference, the guests enjoyed a cocktail lunch.
